Our office is staffed 7 days weekly, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. We
also utilize pagers, emails, answering service and voice mail. Our doors
are always open for ALL homeowners.
Your property management team inspects your property weekly
by "walking," not driving through it. They help direct and
supervise Board directed personnel that are employees and subcontractors
of the Association.
Your property management team uses "state-of-the-art"
computer systems to provide professional and accurate recording of all
Association reports. The result is total management, not just mechanized,
but personal.
Our program has no hidden costs that surprise you later.
We DO NOT charge your Association for accounting start up when merging
your records to our computer system.
Our program DOES NOT charge extra for clerical tasks.
Our program will handle all Association related correspondence, mailings,
and notifying homeowners of delinquent assessments. We DO NOT charge
a percentage of the late fee when homeowners pay delinquent balances.
Our program DOES NOT charge extra for meetings. We will
attend your Association Board meetings and record minutes for as long
as the meeting lasts. We will take the time to meet with homeowners
to review their records.
